Packaging & Gift Options

How are the items packaged?

How It's Made

How are the products crafted?

All products are handmade in our Istanbul studio. Each piece is wheel-thrown or hand-built, then fired at high temperatures between 1200°C and 1280°C for long-lasting durability. Due to their handmade nature, each piece varies slightly in size and appearance — making every item truly unique.

Can I request a custom design?

We don’t currently offer custom designs. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new collections.

What materials are used?

All products are made from stoneware clay — a durable, strong and easy-to-clean material. Stoneware is heavier than porcelain but more durable. Food safety is always a priority when sourcing our raw materials.

Ordering

How can I place an order?

You can shop our full collection on our Etsy Store for US and Canada, or on Shopier for Turkey orders.

Product Care

Are the items dishwasher safe?

Yes, all stoneware items are dishwasher safe. The gold luster decoration used on our products is also dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended for longer lasting use and to preserve the gold finish over time.

Are the items oven safe?

Yes, stoneware is oven safe due to its high firing temperature of 1200°C–1280°C. However, avoid sudden temperature changes — do not transfer items directly from the freezer or refrigerator to a hot oven, as this may cause cracking.

Are the items microwave safe?

Plain stoneware items are microwave safe. However, products with gold luster decoration should never be used in the microwave. Metal-based decorations like gold luster can cause sparking and arcing in the microwave, which may damage both the product and the appliance. Always check the product description before microwaving.

Are the items food safe?

Yes, all products are made with food safety as a priority. We use food-safe stoneware clay and glazes in all our pieces.
