Shipping Details
When will my order be given to ship?
It will ship next business day. (Saturday and Sunday are not included.) Sometimes delivery can be made during the day.
Pre-order products are sent on the date in the order confirmation e-mail. The pre-order date when you create the order is valid.
How can I access Order tracking information?
You can inquire from the order tracking button with your order number in the order confirmation e-mail, or cargo tracking information will be sent by e-mail when your order is shipped.
You can also find out the status of your ship from the link in the cargo tracking e-mail.
Which shipping company do you work with?
Shipping is done by Aras cargo. There is a fixed shipping fee to anywhere in Türkiye. For purchases worldwide, please contact me.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the product and contact us. You can then request a new product or your refund.
Packaging Details
How are the products packaged and what is the contents of the box?
Products are packaged to avoid damage. It contains a “Thank You Card” and recyclable wrapping papers.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes. You can request a gift package on the payment page. The gift package is currently of one type and is free of charge. Paper type may change depending on stock availability.
Where should I write the gift note?
You can specify the gift note in the notes section of your order on the payment page. You can use dashes to indicate who it is from.
Production Details
How are the products produced?
Products are produced in a personal workshop. For now, only e-commerce sales are available. There is no open sale. The products are completely handmade ceramics. Ceramics are shaped on a potter’s lathe. High temperature firing is done between 1200 °C and 1280 °C. Ceramics fired at high temperatures provide long-term durability.
The products are completely handmade. Please note that as items are handmade, each will vary slightly in size and appearance, ensuring you receive a unique piece.
Can I have a specially designed mug, bowl or plate made?
Unfortunately, it is not done.
What are the materials used in the products?
The mud used in the product is stoneware clay. Stoneware is a durable and sturdy type of clay. It is easy to clean. It is stronger but heavier than porcelain and ceramic. When procuring raw materials for the product, attention is paid to its suitability for food.
Order Details
How can I pre-order?
When the products run out of stock, they become pre-order products and the shipping date is postponed to a later time. In this way, you can place your order from the “Pre-order” button. Pre-order shipping date may be moved to an earlier date in special cases.
Can I shop in installments?
Yes. You can use the installment opportunities of our contracted payment infrastructure. You can access the installment options after clicking the “Pay” button on the payment page.
Can I have a corporate gift made?
Yes. You can send your offer via e-mail. Minimum is 100 pieces. Sample work is being carried out. Please contact us at least 1 month before the desired delivery date.

Usage Details
Can the products be washed in the dishwasher?
Yes. Washable. The gold decoration used in the products is suitable for washing in the dishwasher. However, hand washing is recommended for longer use of the products.
Are the products suitable for the oven?
Yes, it is suitable for other products except gold decorated products. Stoneware is a suitable material for the oven. Products with gold decoration are not suitable for microwave ovens.
