This small celestial bowl is wheel-thrown from teal stoneware and finished with a raised gold crescent moon and stars. At approx. Ø 5.8″, it works as a prep bowl, a snack bowl, a soup bowl for one — or simply as a beautiful object on a kitchen shelf.

About This Piece

The gold details are applied using a luster technique and fired separately, giving them a warm metallic sheen that contrasts with the teal glaze. Natural variation in glaze color and texture is part of the handmade character.
